Payment Terms

  • Immediate Payment: All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Orders are only processed after payment confirmation.

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in British Pounds (GBP). Please ensure your payment method supports this currency to avoid conversion fees.

  • Taxes and Fees: Applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Altura Luxe is not responsible for additional charges from your bank or card issuer (e.g., international transaction fees).

Refunds and Disputes

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Chargebacks: If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at support@altura-luxe.com before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved quickly.
    You always retain your legal right to dispute a charge with your payment provider.
